Start with time, not technology
List the tasks your team repeats every week. Note how long each takes and how often mistakes happen. The best first automation is frequent, rule-based and annoying.
Typical candidates: copying lead details into a CRM, sending a first reply, booking meetings and creating follow-up reminders.
Keep a human in the loop
AI is excellent at drafting and sorting. Let it prepare the reply, the summary or the classification — and let a person approve anything that represents your brand or commits money.
Measure before and after
Record the current time spent and response speed. Without a baseline, you can't tell whether the automation helped.
